Terms of Service

1. Permitted Use

Creatineers Studio is an educational platform for K–12 students, licensed exclusively for use by authorized schools and their students. Access is permitted only through accounts created and managed by an authorized school or teacher.

2. Account Creation

Student accounts are created and managed by the school. Students may not self-register. Sharing login credentials with any other person is prohibited.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Attempting to circumvent or disable AI safety filters or content guardrails
• Submitting harmful, abusive, or illegal content through any platform tool
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose
• Attempting to access another student's account or data
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the platform

4. Data Ownership

All student data, including creative outputs generated through the platform, belongs to the student and their school. Creatineers does not claim ownership of student-generated content.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by AI tools within this platform may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. AI-generated content should be reviewed and verified by a teacher or qualified adult before being relied upon for any purpose.

6. Account Suspension

Creatineers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, in coordination with the school.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
